Neighborhood Christian Center Preschool

This project provided a refresh to all of the classrooms on campus. A consistent finish palette is applied throughout, taking inspiration from the preschool’s mission to embrace a play based environment and foster learning through discovery and immersion in nature. The beauty of their outdoor playscapes and garden areas are carried into the interior, by creating a soft and nurturing ambience with focus on natural wood finishes, nature inspired textures, and a color palette with greens, blues, and earthy tones. The space promotes open-ended play with versatile zones that cover a wide variety of developmentally appropriate learning sectors, while allowing a simple yet natural design language to come through.
